DEADLINE: 1) Register in this event as soon as possible to help us plan Boutique space
2) Email merchandise form to by May 1st
DETAILS: Members of the SCQG Guild and  Satellite Groups are invited to submit sale merchandise for the Quilt Show Boutique. All items must be quilted, quilt, or fibre-related, and if unsure, please contact Darlene for clarification. The Guild retains 15% of the sale price; your proceeds will be sent the week after the Show.

The Boutique is open during Quilt Show hours:
Friday, May 30th  10:00am – 6:00 pm  &
Saturday, May 31st,  10:00am – 4:00 pm.

To participate, complete this event registration and preparation steps:
1) Tag & list each sale item on this merchandise form (see instructions)
2) Deliver items + list copy to arena Thursday, May 29 (9:00-11:00 am)
3) Arrange to pick up any unsold materials Saturday, May 31 at 4:00 pm

As a seller, you are required to work a 2.5 hour shift in the Boutique.
