Each item (quilt/art piece etc.) is submitted by completing a registration form and digital photo sent to the email address on the form. It is then given a unique Registration Label which the member MUST pick up at Registration Day or at Resource Day prior to the event. It is to be sewn to the back of the quilt near the quilter’s own label.
We use dowels to hang our Quilts at the Quilt Show; there are instructions on how to make a Hanging “D” Sleeve which will accomodate our 2″ dowels (typically all quilts up to 82″ require a sleeve) Very small quilts may use the 1″ dowels – contact the Quilt Show Chair for further explanation on sleeve sizes. SCQG QUILT SHOW President’s Challenge Entry
2023 SCQG QUILT SHOW YOUTH ENTRY FORM: (does not need to be a quilt, any fibre art project is welcome) No charge. All Youth under 19 welcome
