DATE: Friday, November 6, 2026 – starts 10:00 am and runs through
Monday, November 9, 2026 until – 4:00 pm
DEADLINE: Until October 1, 2026, Garden Hotel rooms are available at the SCQG rate of $175/night ($525 total inc.taxes; double occupancy/two beds).

  • Find a roommate to share cost (Need help? Ask to be paired)
  • OR book your own room at that same $175/night rate (inc. taxes)
  • OR attend on a day attendance basis only to join your fellow quilters

Maximum 14 participants (when registering below, you must specify if you are bringing a machine sew table as it affects the room layout).

Members have booking priority until 90 days before event date. Registration is open until all spaces are reserved.

MEALS:
Breakfast:  Bring your own or go out as preferred
Lunch:  Teams will be organized to provide lunches
Snacks:  Please provide your favourites to share
Dinner:  2 dinners out, 1 Pizza/Salad dinner provided in registration

Available: fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle
Provided: coffee, tea, cream, sugar, napkins, dish soap, tea towels.
Bring: cutlery. mug, plates, soup bowls

ACTIVITIES: We suggest you bring the following to enjoy 24-hour access to the sewing area and hotel amenities:
=> Your own quilting project(s) to work on and/or get mentoring from others
=> A lamp and/or cushion for the chair at your station
=> A Christmas fat quarter and a ~$20 wrapped “sewing-themed” gift to exchange with other participants (optional)
=> A swimsuit for the pool and/or hot tub
