8:45-9:00: Set up tables/chairs
(Help from members is appreciated!)

9:00-9:30: Groups set up displays

9:30: Doors open to visit tables:
(Pick up a Scavenger Hunt Info Sheet)

• Program (sign up for workshops!)
• Block-of-the-Month
• Comfort Society
• Library (please return books!)

10:00-12:45 Scavenger Hunt
Fibre/Quilting theme; winner at 12:45!;
info sheets handed out at the door

10:00-10:45: Mini-Workshop
Left-Right-Centre Dice Game
(Bring a Spring-themed Fat Quarter;
you may win all the FQs by game’s end!)

11:00-11:55: Business Meeting plus:
– Voting for 2025/26 Executive
– We need a Secretary!

12:00-1:00 Quilt Show Roundup:
– Photo Op: Show Ribbon Winners
– Review: Show feedback forum
– Greedy Quilter Game: Bring 1 (one) metre
of a favourite fabric; rolled wrong side out with
elastic/ribbon tie
Show & Tell: Bring any quilts you would like to
share, especially if you won a show ribbon!  

Fat Quarter Draw – colour: letter ‘S’; your FQ
goes into a draw with a chance to win them all!

Snacks/beverages provided by Executive &
Committee Chairs not in a Satellite group;
bring a mug

Remember your name tag, Show & Tell quilts,
and any library books due for return
– last meeting of the year!
